Spawn has flashbacks of himself as Al Simmons sent downriver to capture Major Forsberg -- guardian of the war mask of Genghis Khan, which contains the powers of Hell. We now realize that he is Wynn's mysterious prisoner.

Spawn is tormented by nightmares of a medieval Black Knight hunting him and demanding that he acknowledge which master he serves.

2.Twitch is Down

Cog reveals that he was a hellspawn who served Malebolgia under the guise of Merlin.

3.Seed of Hellspawn

After Cog reveals his shroud's powers, Spawn transforms himself into his human form to visit Wanda.

4.Hunter's Moon

Sam and Twitch believe a massacre in Spawn's alley to be the work of the man in the red cloak.

5.Chasing the Serpent

Spawn remembers himself as Al, being sent after Major Forsberg -- the guardian of the war mask of Genghis Khan, known to contain the powers of Hell.

6.Prophecy

Two new Celestial Warriors battle Spawn and Jade. Spawn finally realizes his powers need not be used for evil. Heaven has a bounty on Jade's head.
