When Steven Kovak’s girlfriend kicks him out he finds a new apartment, and slips ‘Chip’ the cable guy $50 to hook up free cable, but Chip (Jim Carrey) wants to be his best friend, and won’t take no for an answer, becoming an increasing menace.
