Bruce Eric Kaplan is a very nice fellow who draws cartoons and writes for television. His cartoons have appeared regularly in The New Yorker for over ten years. They have also appeared in The Boston Globe and LA Weekly, among other publications. Much of this work is collected in No One You Know (Simon & Schuster, 1999) and This is a Bad Time (Simon & Schuster, 2004). He is also the author of the cult classic, The Cat That Changed My Life (Simon & Schuster, 2002) as well as his most recent release, This is A Bad Time.
He has written for such television shows as Seinfeld and Six Feet Under. Currently he is an Executive Producer of Six Feet Under.
