He set up his own amateur group and staged a production of "A Day In The Death Of Joe Egg" for which he won Best Actor in the Kent Drama Festival. He successfully completed a three-year acting diploma at The Webber Douglas Academy. He appeared in several TV shows before landing the part of 'Barry Evans' in EastEnders.
He regularly appears in cabaret and a Soul Band. He is a versatile and accomplished Stand-Up comedian, Singer and After Dinner Speaker. Subject of 'This Is Your Life' October 2001. He hosted a live daily quiz for ITV1.
He has recently stared as 'DJ Monty' in the West End 'Saturday Night Fever', a role he revived on a nationwide tour ending Spring 2006. In 2005 he appeared in several episodes of the Ricky Gervais series 'Extras' and is currently appearing in Series 2 in which he features in every episode. He recently stared in the play 'Road To Nirvana' in London and as the Narrator in The Rocky Horror Show. He has appeared on Bremner, Bird and Fortune and The Secret Policeman's Ball at the Royal Albert Hall.
In 2007 his film Daylight Robbery is released. His ambition is to continue to act both in comedy and serious drama on Film, TV & stage and to continue to sing professionally.
